now john wright nearing end of his contract ...main question is
WHO WILL BE NEXT INDIAN CRICKET COACH......
who so ever he will be one thing i guess is clear..........it will not be an indianas BCCI has tried many indian options like ---
Madan Lal, Ansuman Gaekward, Sunil Gavaskar, Kapil Devbut inspite of their relatively good performance with the team....they were controversially removed from the team....at one point BCCI was changing coches like manager of team one for one season.........

Now john wright has injected some level of professionalism.....inspirational stuff was also used wisely thats why u witnessed foreign wins and what best Fielding standard has gone up now u can see even anil kumble diving like kaif..... i dont know where is Indian Cricket after the recent loss to Pak...but one thing for sure

I WANNA STEVE WAUGH AS INDIAN CRICKET COACH.... things i like about him was person with strong commitment, will to win and Inspirational Leader and Great Student of game when he was not playing cricket he was studing Psychology at University of Queensland

if saurav ganguly allows, he will be thrown out, as aus rotational system will be there person will play as he is in form and not he is cricket GOD......but if this thought is there in BCCI Pipeline (to make STEVE coach) Ganguly will reject as he has EGO problems with him........but then ganguly has similar problem with everybody ...

Today m Feeling Alone

Whosoever said has said it correct that LIFE IS TUFF…..and see only two days after my birth at this e-land I am feeling alone……..

For this emotional episode I also like to blame management education…..specially the portion when they teach to change strategy and move on….always have a plan B for crises mangement…this don’t make u tuff enough to strive for goal until achieved ….

Now few months back every this was fine I was in KPMG Consulting unit @ Gurgaon
But then I left job to prepare for CAT04 … still smooth…..i was preparing with my friends for CAT and other college were still working ..(Rahul was working – didn’t appread for CAT – he was doing DIRECWAY MBA from NMIMS - now he is planning his own business)

After CAT scores were out nobody was select (except TINU anonymous)…..
As my motto is SIC stability is Crime I started looking for job (PLAM B) and then I wasn’t selected (Crises) I opted for the job, that is pretty good .. on the grounds that if ur pissed of lets earn something….

But now when my friends are selected DSE-MIB and SCMHRD (I am happy for them)
I realized that I lost that MBA pursuit not to them but …… lost the persistent nature to achieve what I want to initially ….. and now again cooking up different strategies to achieve the same goal but by walking on different path……….HOPE I will achieve it some day……

Movie Rating with a Creative Touch

Movie rating has always been of a similar kind rated movies in terms of stars where higher is better and lower is worst…..but movie rating I am suggesting also take into account the taste of target audience (by taste here I mean Movie taste).

Rating goes like this…….



1) BEEDI : - many are there in the pack i.e many such movies release on Friday. Low budget target audience is large who can watch anything or does not pic and choose but go for any movies …. Like movies of govinda, mithun and many B & C class movies.




2) Cigarette : - more refined or filtered I should say than beedi, people know why they r going for this movie and what r they watching …. Target audience are large and classy from beedi level…..less cigarettes are there in pack and more expensive than beedi

3) Cigar : - refined and class of higher level, target audience is less with intellect and taste for such movies, normal audience cant digest this type just like every smoker cant handle cigar….and as u consumer more and more of them ur into a esteem club.

So next time u watch any movie please remember this mantra and try to rate them on this level…
